Ville Platte It is with great sadness that the family of Zoe Annabel Perez, 15 months announces her passing. Funeral services will be held Sunday, September 13, 2009 at 3:00 p.m. in Ardoins Funeral Home Chapel. Rite of Committal will follow in the Vandenburg Cemetery in Bayou Chicot with Bro. Noel Perez officiating.

Zoe will be lovingly remembered by her father, Brandon Johnson of Clinton, Ms. and mother, Terri Perez of Church Point and Guardian, Joey Yette; maternal grandfather, Noel Perez and wife, Linda of Lafayette; maternal grandmother, Sandy Bray of Jackson, Ms.; paternal grandmother, Vickie Lynn Holmes, paternal grandfather, Alen Hale Johnson; one brother, Isaac Moore of Church Point and one sister, Chloe Perez of Lafayette.

Family request that visiting hours be observed Sunday, September 13, 2009 from 10:00 a.m. until time of services.
