Ville Platte It is with great sadness and the heaviest of hearts that the family of Theresa Chapman announces her passing on Sunday, October 17, 2010 at Mercy Regional Medical Center at the age of 78. An Memorial Mass will be held Saturday, October 23, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with Fr. Clinton Sensat Celebrant.
Those left behind to cherish Theresas memory are her son, Steven Guillory and her daughter, Victoria Vickie Lynn Richard of Denham Springs.
She now rests in Heaven with her husband, Lionel Cho Richard parents, John and Maria Smith, and one brother and one sister.
A visitation will be held Saturday, October 23, 2010 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church beginning at 9:00 a.m.
Her family would like to extend a special thank you to Heritage Manor Employees and Dr. Chuck Aswell.
Ardoins Funeral Home in Ville Platte is in charge of arrangements.
