Funeral services for Mrs. Tessie Rozas, 80, will be held Sunday, November 19, 2006 at 10:30am in Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church. Burial will follow in the Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Mausoleum. Fr. Conley Bertrand will officiate the services.

Mrs. Rozas, a resident of Chataigner, died Friday, November 17, 2006 at 12:05pm in Ville Platte Medical Center.

Survivors include her husband, Arthur Bubba L. Rozas of Chataignier; four sons, Cecil Martin Rozas and wife, Beverly Landry of Chataignier, Kent David Rozas and wife, Margaret Vidrine of Carencro, Lynn Arthur Rozas and wife, Cindy Olivier of Franklin, Anthony Rozas and wife, Lauren Fraser of Chataignier; one daughter, Jo Ann R. Landry and husband, Burley of Centerville; two brothers, Paul Terry Bertrand of Mamou and Fr. Conley Bertrand of Prairie Rhonde; one sister, Marie Dale B. Robin of DeRidder; thirteen grandchildren and one great grandchild.

Visitation will be held Saturday, November 18, 2006 from 10am until 9pm and on Sunday 8am until time of services. A rosary will be recited on 7pm Saturday.

Mrs. Rozas is preceded in death by her parents, Martin and Maries M. Bertrand.
