VILLE PLATTE Funeral services for Mrs. Tessie Deshotels, 92, will be held Monday, November 3, 2008 at 11:00 AM at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Burial will follow at the Sacred Heart Cemetery.

Mrs. Deshotels, a resident of Ville Platte, died Saturday, November 1, 2008 at Ville Platte Medical Center.

A loving mother and grandmother, she is survived by two daughters Marie Sandra Deshotels of Lake Charles and Betty Michot and husband Noah of Ville Platte, two grandchildren Jean Paul Michot and wife Trisha and Julie Michot Lafleur and husband Guy and two great grandchildren Lindsey Claire and Hailey Grace Michot.

She is preceeded in death by her husband Hubert Deshotels, her parents Jean Baptiste and Oline Vidrine, and one sister Eva V. Thompson.

Visitation will be held Sunday, November 2, 2008 from 4:00 PM until 9:00 PM and again on Monday, November 3, 2008 from 8:00 AM until time of service. There will be a rosary at 5:00 PM Sunday.
