VILLE PLATTE- Funeral services for Sonia Ann Gautier, age 68, will be held on Saturday, March 12, 2016 at 11 AM at St. Peter's Catholic Church in Pine Prairie. Burial will follow in the Ortego Cemetery with Father Mayne, celebrant.
At the request of the Gauthier family, a visitation will be held Friday, March 11, 2016 at 10 AM until 10 PM and will reopen Saturday at 8AM until time of services. A rosary will prayed in Ms. Gauthier's honor Friday night at 7 PM.
Ms. Gauthier will be missed by her 3 sons, Kevin Gauthier and wife Pearl of Mississippi, Chad Gauthier and wife Rebecca of Pine Prairie, James Gauthier and wife Barbara of Mississippi, daughter, Angela Davidson and husband Paul of Brandon, Mississippi, brothers, Carl Johnson of Mississippi and Doug Johnson of Vidrine and sisters, Linda Rainey of Mississippi and Patricia Picard of Franklin, La. Also left behind to cherish her memory are her 14 grandchildren.
She will now reunite in Heaven with her husband, Wilbur Gauthier, brother, Phillip Johnson and grandson, Charles Barnes.
All Arrangements are entrusted to Ardoin's Funeral Home of Ville Platte, Louisiana.
