Funeral services for Sharon Louise Lee George, 63 will be held Monday, June 29, 2009 at 4:00 p.m. in Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Ville Platte. Rite of Committal will be held in Evangeline Memorial Park Cemetery. Fr. Sensat will officiate the services.

Ms. George, a native of Ville Platte and a resident of North Port Al., was a graduate of Ville Platte High School and USL with a Master Degree in Music. She taught music at the Academy of Sacred Heart in Grand Coteau, in Dubi for three years, and also in Singapore. Sharon will be lovingly missed by her mother, Beulah Lee of Ville Platte.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Bill Dickie George and her father, Richard S. Lee.

Visitation will be held Monday, June 29, 2009 in Sacred Heart Catholic Church from 2:00 p.m. until time of services. A rosary will be recited at 3:30 p.m.

Ardoins Funeral Home in Ville Platte is in charge of arrangements.
