Ville Platte It is with great sadness that the family of Roy Quinn, 88 announces his passing on Sunday, July 12, 2009 at Baton Rouge General Hospital. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated on Tuesday, July 14, 2009 at 11:30 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Rite of Committal will follow in the Sacred Heart Mausoleum with Fr. Mario Romero Celebrant.

Roy will be lovingly remembered by his daughter Theresa Boeta of Baker, La; one sister, Wanda Raimonde of Arizona; and his only grandchild, Kristen Boeta of Baker.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Eleza Fontenot Quinn, two brothers, and five sisters.

Family request that visiting hours be observed Tuesday, July 14, 2009 from 10:30 a.m. until time of services. A rosary will be recited at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday morning.
