Ville Platte Funeral services for Rose Guillaumin Lafleur, 93, will be held Saturday, May 31, 2008 at 12:00 noon at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Burial will follow in the Sacred Heart Mausoleum in Ville Platte.

Mrs. Lafleur, a native and resident of Ville Platte, died Wednesday, May 28, 2008 at 1:10 am at Heritage Manor Nursing Home.

Survivors include, four sons, Wilbur Lafleur of Bay St. Louis, Mississippi, Jimmy Lafleur and wife Connie Vidrine of Ville Platte, Carl Lafleur of West Wego, Louisiana and Danny Lafleur and wife Brenda Dupre of Ville Platte, 9 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Percy Lafleur; parents, Gaston and Artemise Sylvester Guillaumin; four brothers and five sisters.

Family request that visiting hours be observed Friday, May 30 from 8:00 am until 10:00 pm and again on Saturday, May 31 from 8:00 am until time of service. A rosary will be recited Friday, May 30 at 6:30 pm.
