He went on to operate the very successful Landreneau’s Studio in Ville Platte for over 30 years. He was also an independent insurance agent. Bobby was honored by being inducted into the Gulf States Region Independent Agent Hall of Fame. His happiest place was doing what he loved most, collecting, and restoring antique furniture, which he said, “all had a story to tell.” His other passion was gardening. Bobby was an avid gardener and owned and operated a large nursery in T-Mamou for several years.
