ST. LANDRYIt is with great sadness that the family of Rhonda Sue Fontenot, 40, announces her passing on Sunday, July 15, 2012 at her home in St. Landry. A Memorial Service will be held at 3:00 PM Tuesday, July 17, 2012 at the Ardoins Funeral Home Chapel in Ville Platte. Pastor Joshua Adams will be conducting the service.
A loving wife, mother and sister, Rhonda will be sadly missed by her devoted husband of nineteen years, Lawrence Fontenot of St. Landry. Also left behind are her adoring children: Zachary Fontenot of St. Landry and Brittany Fontenot of Sulphur, they were the light of her life. She will most certainly be mourned by her three brothers: Johnny Richard of Ville Platte, Michael Richard of Lafayette and Jacob Brown of Bayou Chicot.
She now joins in Heaven her parents, John and Loretta Richard and a sister, Stephanie Fontenot they await her arrival with open arms and joyous hearts.
At the request of the family, visitation will take place at Ardoins Funeral Home of Ville Platte Tuesday, July 17, 2012 from 2:00 PM until time of the service at 3:00 PM.
