VILLE PLATTE- It is with great sadness that the family of Quinten Paul Fontenot, age 25, announces his passing on Tuesday, March 1, 2016 at Lafayette General Hospital. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, March 5, 2016 at 11 AM at Our Lady Queen of all Saints Catholic Church in Ville Platte with Father Tom Voorhies, celebrant.
At the request of the Fontenot and Piner family, a visitation will be held Friday, March 4, 2016 at Ardoin's Funeral Home in Ville Platte from 5 PM until 10 PM and will reopen Saturday at 8 AM until time of services. A rosary will be prayed in Quinten's honor Friday evening at 7 PM.
Quinten was a care free and helping soul who loved to have fun and was everyone's best friend. He was loved by all who knew him and with heavy hearts he truly will be missed.
Quinten is survived by his father, Steven Fontenot of Ville Platte, mother, Monica Piner and husband Mark of Omaha, Nebraska, brothers, Roman and Jeremy Piner of Omaha, Nebraska, half-brother, Jared Leger of Turkey Creek, sisters, Kaitlyn Fontenot of Ville Platte and Courtney Noel of Church Point, maternal grandmother, Elaine Turner of Hessmer, paternal grandmother, Glenda Gayle Fontenot of Ville Platte and maternal grandmother-in-law, Lou Piner of Omaha, Nebraska. He also leaves behind many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and two god children, Kathryn and Brantley.
Arrangements are entrusted to Ardoin's Funeral Home of Ville Platte, La.
