Ville Platte Funeral services for Pearl Fontenot, 82, will be held Monday, April 16, 2007 at 11am in Our Lady Queen of All Saints Catholic Church. Burial will follow in the B.J. Fontenot Cemetery. Fr. Randall Moreau will officiate the services.

Mrs. Lafleur, and resident of Ville Platte, died Saturday, April 14, 2007 at 6:30am in Savoy Medical Center.

Survivors include one son, David Nelson Lafleur and wife, Margo, of Reddell; three daughters, Cathy Roberie and husband, Randy of Vidrine, Nelta Baudoin and husband, Kenneth of Maurice, and Ella Prudhomme and husband, Aubrey of Ville Platte; eleven grandchildren, ten great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Nelson D. Lafleur, parents, and several brothers and sisters.

Visitation will be held Sunday, April 15, 2007 from 9am until 10pm and on Monday from 8am until time of services. A rosary will be recited at 7pm Sunday.
