Ville Platte It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that the family of Nazel Vidrine, 91 announces her passing on Wednesday, August 18, 2010 at Heritage Manor Nursing Home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday, August 20, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Rite of Committal will follow in the Sacred Heart Cemetery with Fr. Richard Vidrine and Con Celebrants.
A loving mother, grandmother, and sister, Nazel will be lovingly remembered by her son, Fr. Richard Vidrine of Ville Platte daughter, Theresa Vidrine Attales of Ville Platte one brother, Gerald Lee Foret of Franklinton a sister in law, Mary Foret of Ville Platte three grandchildren, Mitchell Jude Attales and wife, Sarah of Ville Platte, Lynette Reed of Ville Platte, and Lisa Renee Attales of Houston, Tx. four great grandchildren, Starmy Attales, Mitchell Attales, II and wife, Wendy, Kayla Attales LaBorde and husband, Ryan, and Jessica Reed and six great grandchildren.
She now rest in Heaven with her beloved husband, Morris J. Vidrine parents, Derbes and Theresa Foret brother, Judge J. Burton Foret and son in law, Gerald Attales.
At the request of the family visitation will be held Thursday, August 19, 2010 from 11:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. and again on Friday, August 20, 2010 from 8:00 a.m. until time of services. Rosaries will be recited at 6:00 p.m. in French and at 6:30 p.m. in English on Thursday evening.
