Ville Platte It is with great sadness that the family of Michael B. Tate, 59 annouces his passing on Monday, July 27, 2009 at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in Lafayette. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated on Friday, July 31, 2009 at 11:30 a.m. in Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Rite of Committal will follow in the Evangeline Memorial Park Cemetery with Fr. Sensat Celebrant.

Michael will be lovingly remembered by his brother, Raymond Tate of Harvey, La. and his sister, Dona Nettles of Kenner, La.

Family request that visiting hours be observed Friday, July 31, 2009 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church from 10:30 a.m. until time of services.

Ardoins Funeral Home in Ville Platte is in charge of arrangements.
