Funeral services for Mr. Michael Leon Rollins, 48, were held Sunday, November 26, 2006 at 2pm in Calvary Baptist Church in Bayou Chicot. Burial followed in the Ferguson Cemetery. Bro. Leon Terrell officiated the services.

Mr. Rollins, a resident of Bayou Chicot, died Friday, November 24, 2006 in the Ville Platte Medical Center at 1:20pm.

Survivors includes his wife, Jane P. Rollins of Bayou Chicot; his mother, Ferald Dean Fontenot of Pine Prairie; father, Leroy Rollins of Bayou Chicot; three daughters, Laci Cheyanne Rollins and Holly Brooke Rollins of Bayou Chicot and Stacie Roxanne Taylor and husband, Robert Bobby of Pine Prairie; three brothers, Carl Trent Rollins and Gregory Lane Rollins of Bayou Chicot and Jeffery Clyde Rollins of Turkey Creek; and three grandchildren, Allen, Brent, and Katlyn Taylor.

Visitation was held at Calvary Baptist Church Saturday, November 25, 2006 from 1pm until time of services on Sunday.

He is preceded in death by a brother, David Lee Rollins.
