VILLE PLATTE It is with great sadness that the family of Michael Anthony Clark, Sr., 52, announces his passing on Friday, October 12, 2012 at his residence in Lafayette. Funeral services will be held at Ardoins Funeral Home Chapel in Ville Platte at 4:00 PM Sunday, October 14, 2012. Interment will take place at Ferguson Cemetery in Bayou Chicot with Pastor Roger Whittington officiating.
A loving father, grandfather, son, brother and companion, Michael leaves behind his only son: Michael Clark, Jr. and his wife, Heather of Ville Platte, his parents: Benjamin and Cora Clark, his three siblings: Benjamin Bud Clark, Jackie Clark and Debbie Landry, all of Lafayette and his devoted companion: Brenda Smith, of Lafayette. Memories of him will most certainly be cherished by his two grandchildren: Taylor Clark and Kaylee Booty they were truly the light of his life.
He will now join in Heaven his beloved mother, Martha Pat Clark and a brother, Dallas Squyers they await his arrival with open arms and joyous hearts.
At the request of the family, visitation will be held at Ardoins Funeral Home of Ville Platte beginning at 8:00 AM Sunday, October 14, 2012 and will continue until the time of the service.
