Ville Platte It is with great sadness that the family of Merline Guillory, 59, announces her passing on Wednesday, December 9, 2009 in Denhem Springs. A funeral service will be held Sunday, December 13, 2009 at Ardoins Funeral Home Chapel at 2:00 pm with Bishop Ricky Sinclair of the Miracle Place Church officiating. Rite of Commital will follow at Turkey Creek Cemetery in Turkey Creek.

A loving wife, mother, and grandmother Merline will be lovingly remembered by her husband Rodney L. Guillory of Denham Springs, her daughters, Rebecca Barker and husband William IV of Denham Springs, Michelle Duby of Zachary, and Tracy Guillory Stafford of Natchez, Mississippi, her bother Lendon Hamm and wife Mary of Mansfield, La., her sisters, Shirley Smith and husband John of Jennings and Della Wagner of Denham Springs, and her 9 grandchildren Lezlie, Arieal, Angela, Courtney, Lydia, Hannah, Billy, Damon and Dillon.

She is preceded in death by her parents Delmus and Suzie Hamm and her grandchild Jessica Story.

The family request that visiting hours be observed Friday, December 11, 2009 from 3:00pm until time of service at Ardoin Funeral Home Chapel.
