VILLE PLATTE It is with great sadness that the family of Mary Beryl McDaniel, 76, announces her passing on Saturday, August 6, 2011 at Bayou Vista Nursing Home in Bunkie, Louisiana. A mass of Christian burial will be held Monday, August 8, 2011 at 1:00 PM at Our Lady Queen of all Saints Catholic Church in Ville Platte with burial to follow in the Gates of Heaven Cemetery. Father Josh Guillory will officiate the services.
A loving mother, grandmother, sister, and aunt, Mary leaves behind one daughter Bridget McDaniel Fontenot and husband Jonathan Lil John of Ville Platte, two brothers John Andrew Fuselier of Daphne, Alabama and Floyd Fuselier of Ville Platte, one sister Charlene Fuselier Dronet and husband Sonny of Erath, three grandchildren Kaygan Jones, Kaleb Jon Fontenot, and Karli Grace Fontenot, and a host of nieces and nephews.
She now joins in Heaven her beloved husband J. R. McDaniel, her parents John and Annie Fuselier, and her brother Burke Mose Fuselier.
At the request of the family, visitation will be held at Ardoins Funeral Home in Ville Platte on Sunday, August 7, 2011 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM and again on Monday, August 8, 2011 from 8:00 AM until time of services. A rosary will be recited Sunday evening at 5:00 PM.
