VILLE PLATTE- Mary Louella Laneaux passed away quietly in her home on Tuesday, May 24, 2016 at the age of 82. A resident of Ville Platte, Louella, was born on May 21, 1934.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, May 27, 2016 at Our Lady Queen of all Saints Catholic Church in Ville Platte at 10 AM. Burial will follow in the Old Ville Platte Cemetery.
A visitation for Louella will be on Thursday, May 26, 2016 at Ardoin's Funeral Home in Ville Platte from 2 PM until 9 PM and will resume Friday morning at 8 AM until time of services. A rosary will be prayed in her honor Thursday evening at 7 PM.
Louella leaves behind her son, Jerry Laneaux and wife Lisa of Vidrine, daughter, Jeanette Well and husband Wayne of Austin, TX., sister, Beverly Manuel of Ville Platte, 9 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
She is proceeded in death by her husband, Paul Laneaux, Jr., parents, Olin E. and Ella S. Fontenot, daughter, Darlene Guillory, sons, Ricky and Norman Laneaux, sister, Judy Lanclos and grandchild, Christopher Soileau.
All Arrangements are entrusted to Ardoin's Funeral Home of Ville Platte, Louisiana.
