Ville Platte Funeral services for Mrs. Mary F. Hobbs, 94, will be held Saturday, April 7, 2007 at 12pm in Ardoins Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Gates of Heaven Cemetery. Fr. Randall Moreau will officiate the services.

Mrs. Hobbs, a resident of Baton Rouge, died April 4, 2007 in Baton Rouge General Hospital.

Survivors include two daughters, Dorothy Ruth Guillory Rodesiler of Blissfield, Mi and Evelyn Guillory Germany husband, Thomas of Denham Springs; two sisters, Virgie Manuel of Lake Charles and Eva Fontenot of St. Landry; nine grandchildren, Rebecca Dominquez, Chuck Germany, Keith Germany, Liz Leger, Tim Germany, Sidney Germany, Jadonna Alexander, Kathy Manzogol, and Scott Rodesiler; sixteen great grandchildren, and six great great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her husbands, Quillea Guillory and Jobie Hobbs; parents, Armeila Isola Fontenot; two brothers, Curly and Nathan Fontenot.

Visitation will be held Saturday, April 7, 2007 at 11am until services at 12pm. A rosary will be recited at 11:30am Saturday.
