VILLE PLATTE It is with great sadness that the family of Mary LeBleu DeVille, 68, announces her passing on Thursday, October 13, 2011 at Ochsner Foundation Hospital in Jefferson, Louisiana. Funeral services will be held Sunday, October 16, 2011 at Ardoins Funeral Home Chapel in Ville Platte at 3:00 PM. Burial will follow in the Evangeline Memorial Park Cemetery with Fr. Joshua Guillory officiating the services.
A loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and sister, Marys memory will be cherished by her beloved husband, John DeVille of Ville Platte, her two sons, John M. DeVille and his wife, Laura, of Mesquite, Texas and Nathan DeVille and his wife, Danielle, of New Orleans and her daughter, Barbara D. Jacob and her husband, Roger, also of Mesquite, Texas. She also leaves behind her brother Calvin LeBleu of Whiteville and her sister, Velma L. Webb of Pineville. Also left behind to mourn her loss are her seven grandchildren and three great grandchildren they were truly the light of her life.
She now joins in Heaven her parents, Hosea and Edith Savoie LeBleu and her sister, Marie L. Manuel.
At the request of the family, visitation will be held at Ardoins Funeral Home in Ville Platte beginning Saturday, October 15, 2011 at 10:00 AM until 10:00 PM that evening. The funeral home will reopen Sunday morning at 8:00 AM and remain open until services are complete. A Rosary will be recited Saturday evening at 6:00 PM.
