Marie Etheline Fontenot

VILLE PLATTE– Funeral services will be held at Our Lady Queen of All Saints Catholic Church in Ville Platte on Thursday, April 29, 2021 for Marie Etheline Fontenot, 86, who passed away on Monday, April 26, 2021.  A Rosary will be recited at 10:00 AM followed by a Requim Mass.

Father Taj Glodd will be celebrant of the mass and conduct funeral services.

Burial will take place in Gates of Heaven Cemetery.

She is survived by her son, Ricky Jude Fontenot and wife, Angela of Ville Platte; two grandchildren Kirsten Marie Fontenot and William Briggs Fontenot; and brother, Lee Burt Fontenot of Ville Platte.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Q.L. Fontenot and her parents, Curley and Zetta Fontenot.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to enroll Ms. Etheline for Gregorian Masses to be arranged by the family or donations to the Mater Dolorosa Latin Mass Community: TLM Foundations, Inc. 304 Vital Street, Lafayette, LA 70506.
