VILLE PLATTE It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that the family of Marie Louise Vidrine announces her passing on June 12, 2011 at the Heart Hospital of Lafayette. A mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, June 13, 2011 at 11:00 AM at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Burial will follow in the Eternal Rest Cemetery in Ville Platte. Father Gene Tremie will officiate services.
A loving mother and grandmother, Marie leaves behind three sons Timothy Vidrine and fianc Penny of Bunkie, Ricky E. Vidrine and wife Janice of Oakdale, and Michael C Vidrine and wife Brenda Sue of Ville Platte, two daughters Patricia A Manuel and husband Kenneth of Eunice and Dianna F. Vidrine of Mamou, twentyfive grandchildren and twentyeight greatgrandchildren.
She now rests in heaven with her husband Percy Vidrine and her parents Arnold and Elza Deville.
At the request of the family, visitation will be held at Ardoins Funeral Home in Ville Platte beginning Sunday, June 12, 2011 at 4:00 PM until time of services on Monday. A rosary will be prayed on Sunday evening at 6:30 PM.
