Ville Platte It is with great sadness that the family of Lennard Manuel, 69 announces his passing on Thursday, April 29, 2010 in Meadowbrook Specialty Hospital. Funeral services will be held Monday, May 3, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. at Ardoins Funeral Home Chapel in Ville Platte. Rite of Committal will follow in the Evangeline Memorial Cemetery with Pastor Jay Miller officiating.
A loving son, brother, and uncle, Lennard will be lovingly remembered by his mother, Lizzie Manuel of Ville Platte one brother, Alvin J. Manuel, Jr. of Baton Rouge one sister, Forella Manuel Bently of Bedford, Tx five nephews, three nieces, 3 great nephews, and 4 great nieces.
He is preceded in death by his father, Alvin J. Manuel, Sr. and a brother, Timothy Dale Manuel.
The family request that visiting hours be observed Sunday, May 2, 2010 from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and again on Monday, May 3, 2010 from 9:00 a.m. until time of services.
