Ville Platte Funeral services for Mr. Lee Ed Fontenot, 77, will be held Thursday, November 20, 2008 at 1 p.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Burial will follow in the Eternal Rest Cemetery. Fr. Josh Guillory will officiate the services.

Mr. Fontenot, a resident of Ville Platte and a veteran of the Korean War, died Tuesday, November 18, 2008 at 4:45 p.m. in Ville Platte Medical Center.

Family request that visiting hours be observed Wednesday, November 19, 2008 from 5 p.m. until 9 p.m. and again on Thursday from 8 a.m. until time of services. A rosary will be recited at 6 p.m. on Wednesday.
