PINE PRAIRIEIt is with great sadness that the family of Kevin Brian Clark, 36, announces his passing on Sunday, August 14, 2011 at Savoy Medical Center in Mamou, after a lengthy illness. A Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, August 16, 2011 at 2:00 PM in the Ardoins Funeral Home Chapel in Ville Platte. Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Eunice with Fr. Richard Broussard as Celebrant.
A loving son, stepbrother and grandson, Kevin is survived by his father, Robert Clark and his wife, Sherry, of Eunice, his mother, Marshalle Alexander and her husband Lou, of Huntsville, Alabama, his paternal grandparents, Wilfred and Mary Clark of Beaver, his maternal grandfather, Hampton Dupre of Kinder and three stepsisters, Amanda Fontenot of Basile, Kaycie Fontenot and Rebekah Ryder, both of Eunice.
Kevin was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Novella Dupre she awaits his arrival with open arms.
At the request of the family, visitation will take place at Ardoins Funeral Home in Ville Platte beginning at 1:00 PM Monday, August 15, 2011 until 10:00 PM that evening. The parlor will reopen Tuesday morning at 8:00 AM and remain open until time of services at 2:00 PM.
