Ville Platte It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that the family of Kathy Demoruelle announces her passing on Wednesday, October 6, 2010 at Mercy Regional Medical Center. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday, October 8, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Rite of Committal will follow in the Gates of Heaven Cemetery with Fr. Gene Tremie Celebrant.
Kathy was a member of the Catholic Daughters of America, she will be lovingly remembered by all who knew her, especially her brother, John Louis Demoruelle of Baton Rouge two sisters, Emma Joy Demoruelle and Shirley D. Vidrine both of Ville Platte three nieces and two nephews.
She now rest in Heaven with her parents, Louis and Blanche Demoruelle.
At the request of the family, visitation will be held Thursday, October 7, 2010 from 10:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. and again on Friday, October 8, 2010 from 8:00 a.m. until time of services. A rosary will be recited by the Catholic Daughters at 6:00 p.m. Thursday evening.
