Ville Platte Funeral services for Mr. Johnnie Glenn Sanders, 55, will be held Friday, June 1, 2007 at 10am in the Ardoins Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Evangeline Memorial Cemetery. Bro. Roger Whittington will officiate the services.

Mr. Sanders, a native of Memphis, Tx and a resident of Ville Platte, died Wednesday, May 30, 2007 in Ville Platte Medical Center at 8:40am.

Survivors include a former wife, Terri C. Sanders of Crowley, two sons, Johnnie G. Sanders of Ville Platte and Louis L. Sanders of Crowley; two daughters, Sabrina Fontenot of DeRidder and Patricia Mayer of Opelousas; one sister, Jane Myers of Lafayette; five granddaughters and three grandsons.

He is preceded in death by his parents, John L. and Maggie Frankie Sanders.

Visitation will be held Thursday, May 31, 2007 from 10am until 10pm and on Friday from 8am until time of services.
