VILLE PLATTE- It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that the family of John LaFleur, age 72, announces his passing on Friday, October 2, 2015 a Savoy Care Center in Mamou. A Chapel Service will be held on Sunday, October 4, 2015 at Ardoin's Funeral Home in Ville Platte at 11 AM. Burial will follow in the Platin Cemetery with Reverend Trudy LaFleur as officiant.
Mr. LaFleur will be greatly missed by his loving wife of 17 years, Carol Sanchez LaFleur, sons, Ronald LaFleur and Christopher LaFleur, daughters, Jonna LaFleur and Sherry LaFleur and sister, Betty LaFleur Hight. Also left behind to cherish his memory are several grandchildren.
John will now rests with his parents, Joseph Kirtly LaFleur, Sr. and Anna LaFleur and brothers, Don LaFleur and Joseph Kirtly LaFleur, Jr.
At the request of the LaFleur family, a visitation will be held on Saturday, October 3, 2015 at Ardoin's Funeral Home in Ville Platte from 2:30 PM until 9 PM and will reopen on Sunday, October 4, 2015 at 8 AM until time of services.
Arrangements are entrusted to Ardoin's Funeral Home of Ville Platte, La.
