VILLE PLATTE It is with great sadness that the family of John Clyde JC Deville, 69, announces his passing on February 5, 2011 at Teche Regional Medical Center in Morgan City. Services will be held at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Ville Platte at 3:30 PM on Monday, February 7, 2011. Burial will follow in the M. B. Fontenot Cemetery. Father Clinton Sensat will officiate the services.
A loving father, brother, and grandfather, JC will be lovingly remembered by his former wife Judy Deville Moffett of Morgan City, two sons John Glenn Deville and wife Tieann of Patterson and Anthony Troy Deville and wife Dawn of Pasadena, Maryland, one brother Fredrick Paul Deville of Ville Platte, four sisters Gladis Fontenot of Opelousas, Harris Jenkins of Mississippi, Della Fusilier of Ville Platte, and Ann Andrepont of Ville Platte, and six grandchildren Nicholas Deville of California, Ethan Deville of Martyland, Riley Deville of Maryland, Draven Lafleur, Hannah Lafleur, and Emily Guerin of Patterson.
JC is preceded in death by his parents Kossuth and Arnide Deville.
Family request that visiting hours be observed Monday, February 7, 2011 from 8:00 AM until time of service.
