VILLE PLATTE - Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM at Ardoin's Funeral Home in Ville Platte on Saturday, June 2, 2018, for John Kerron Daire, 75, who passed away on Thursday, May 31, 2018 in Alexandria, Louisiana.

Brother Kevin West, Pastor of First Baptist Church in Ville Platte, will conduct the funeral services.

Burial will take place in the Griffin Hill Cemetery in St. Landry, LA.

John is survived by his wife of 52 years, Linda Gale Patin Daire; two daughters, Roxanne Daire and Tina Renee Daire Siffert and husband Mark of St. Landry; four grandsons, Harley J. Montalvo, Hayden J. Tidwell both of St. Landry, Brad Siffert and wife Mandy of Ville Platte and Matt Siffert and wife Jenae of Arnaudville; granddaughter-in-law Crystal Daire; great grandchildren, Derek D.J. Daire of Ball, La, Emma Siffert of Ville Platte and Landon M. Siffert of Arnaudville; two brothers, John L. Daire of Ville Platte and Delouis Daire and Ethel Jean Daire of Ville Platte; three sisters, Versie Lafleur of Ville Platte, Gladys Darby of Opelousas and Ethel Darby of Opelousas and numerous nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Derbes and Omerine O. Daire; one grandson, Derek P. Daire, Sr.; two brothers, Marvin Daire and J.D. Daire and one sister, Pauline Rape.
The family requests that visitation be observed at Ardoin's Funeral Home Ville Platte on Friday, June 1, 2018 from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM and again on Saturday from 8:00 AM until time of service.
