GRAND PRAIRIE - A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 1:00 PM at St. Peter's Catholic Church in Grand Prairie on Monday, January 14, 2019 for Janva Dale Costanza, 86, who passed away on January 10, 2019 in Opelousas, LA surrounded by her loved ones.

Father Picard, pastor of St. Peters Catholic Church, will be celebrant of the mass and will conduct funeral services.

Burial will take place in St. Peters Cemetery.

She is survived by her husband of 69 years; Paul L. Costanza, two sons; Anthony P. Costanza and wife Angie and Joe Costanza and wife Joanne, four daughters; Deborah Costanza Brignac, Stephanie Costanza, Phyllis Foret, and Joyce Stelly and husband Chuck; 18 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren; three sisters, Faye Bordelon, Charline Fusilier and Sheral Ortego and husband Jack.

She is preceded in death by her parents; one grandson, James Foret, II; one great granddaughter, Olivia Jones; baby sister, Agatha Fontenot; brother, Reven Fontenot.

Pallbearers will be her seven grandsons, Charles Brignac, Eric Foret, Johnathon Castille, Paul "Little Paul" Costanza, Little Joe Costanza, Gabe Stelly and Lance Costanza.

The family requests that visitation be observed at Ardoin's Funeral Home of Ville Platte on Monday, January 14, 2019 from 10:00 AM to service time. A rosary will be recited on Monday at 11:00 AM.
