Pine Prairie Funeral services for Mr. Howard Ardoin, 79, will be held Saturday, January 4, 2008 at 1pm in St. Peters Catholic Church in Pine Prairie. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Fr. Richard Broussard will officiate the services.

Mr. Ardoin, a resident of Pine Prairie, died Thursday, January 3, 2008 in Savoy Care Center.

Survivors include his wife, Helen Fall Ardoin of Pine Prairie; one son, Ricky J. Ardoin of Pine Prairie, three daughters, Gwen Cormier of Pine Prairie, Sue Rials of Pine Prairie, and Vickie Dupont of Lafayette; one brother, Elvin Ardoin of Eunice; two sisters, Mavis Johnson of Pine Prairie and Jane Phillips of Ville Platte; eleven grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held Friday, January 4, 2008 from 4pm until 10pm and on Saturday from 8am until time of services. A rosary will be recited at 6pm on Friday.
