Pine Prairie It great sadness and a heavy heart that the son of Helen Ardoin announces her passing on Wednesday, December 15, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. at Savoy Care Center in Mamou at the age of 91. Funeral services will be held Friday, December 17, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. at Ardoins Funeral Home Chapel in Ville Platte with burial following in the Ardoin Cemetery in Easton.
A loving mother, sister, grandmother, and great grandmother, Helen will be lovingly remembered by her son, Acey Ardoin and his wife, Dianne of Easton one brother, John Frump of Terrehaute, In two sisters, Hazel Dayhuff of Tampa, Fl and Carol Fortner of Moorsville, In two grandchildren, Pam Ardoin and Randall Ardoin, and three great grandchildren, Kyler Ardoin, Kelsy Ardoin, and Brodi Ardoin.
She now rests in Heaven with her beloved husband, Harland Ardoin and her parents, George and Nellie Frump.
At the request of the family visitation will be held Thursday, December 16, 2010 from 1:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. at Ardoins Funeral Home in Ville Platte and again on Friday, December 17, 2010 from 8:00 a.m. until time of services.
Ardoins Funeral Home in Ville Platte is in charge of arrangements.
