Funeral services fro Mr. Harry H. Manshardt, Jr., 81, will be held Tuesday, December 5, 2006 at 11am in Our Lady Queen of All Saints Catholic Church. Burial will follow in the Gates of Heaven Mausoleum. Fr. Randy Moreau will officiate the services.

Mr. Manshardt, Jr., a native of New Orleans and a resident of Ville Platte, died Friday, December 2, 2006 at 11:50pm in Ville Platte Medical Center. He was a loving husband and will be missed by family and friends.

Survivors include his wife, Marjorie Chapman Manshardt of Ville Platte; three sisters, Malba Cortes of Mandeville, Bertha Kokomo of New Orleans, and Alzina Hase of LaPlace and one sister in law, Louella Chapman Bernard of Ville Platte.

Visitation will be held on Monday, December 04, 2006 from 3pm until 8pm and on Tuesday, 8am until time of services. A rosary will be recited at 7:15pm Monday.

Mr. Manshardt, Jr. is preceded in death by a son, Norman Alfred Manshardt.
