Ville Platte It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that the family of Harold Manuel announces his passing on Wednesday, December 1, 2010 at Evangeline Extended Care Hospital in Mamou at the age of 73. Funeral services will be held Saturday, December 4, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. at Ardoins Funeral Home Chapel. Rite of Committal will follow in the Mount Carmel Cemetery in Chataignier with Fr. Mike Guidry Celebrant.
Harold will be lovingly remembered by all who knew him especially his sister, Madeline M. McClelland of Whiteville a nephew, John R. McClelland wife, Lisa of Whiteville two great nephews, John Michael and Jacob Matthew McClelland and a great niece, Joni Marie McClelland.
He now rests in Heaven with his parents, Leo and Pearl Manuel and a brother, John Reginald Manuel.
At the request of the family visitation will be held Saturday, December 4, 2010 from 8:00 a.m. until time of services.
Ardoins Funeral Home in Ville Platte is in charge of arrangements.
