alignleftIt is with great sadness that the family of Gladys Viola Roberie, 80 announces her passing on Sunday, November 15, 2009 at Ville Platte Medical Center. A Service of Christian Burial will be held Tuesday, November 17, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. at Ardoin's Funeral Home. Rite of Committal will follow in the Evangeline Memorial Cemetery with Fr. Gene Tremie Celebrant.

alignleftA loving, wife, mother, and grandmother, Gladys will be lovingly remembered by her husband, Landris Bud Roberie of Ville Platte; one son, Sidney Roberie and wife, Rachel of Ville Platte; and two grandchildren, Toby Roberie and Jacob Roberie.

alignleftShe is preceded in death by her parents, Patrick and Gladys Howerton.

alignleftThe family request that visiting hours be observed Monday, November 16, 2009 from 10:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. and again on Tuesday, November 17, 2009 from 8:00 a.m. until time of services. A rosary will be recited at 6:30 Monday evening.
