Florinda "Flo" Guillory

VILLE PLATTE – Funeral Services will be held for Florinda “Flo” Guillory at 12:30 PM on Thursday, February 17, 2022, at Ardoin’s Funeral Home in Ville Platte, LA.  Deacon Ben Soileau will conduct funeral services.  Burial will take place in Gates of Heaven Cemetery.

Florinda “Flo” Guillory, 67, passed away on Monday, February 14, 2022, in Ville Platte, LA. She was born on March 20, 1954, in Ville Platte, LA to Gilbert and Wilma Vidrine McCauley.

She is survived by her daughter, Cheryl Fontenot and husband, Scott of Bayou Chicot; two grandsons, Dylan Fontenot and Damian Fontenot; two great-grandsons, Ian and Noah; sister, Judy Dixon and husband, Dave of Lafayette; stepchildren, Kimberly Guillory of Lafayette and Jonathon Guillory and wife, Kimberly; and niece, Melanie Horton.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Guillory; parents, Gilbert and Wilma Vidrine McCauley; son, Jamie Marcantel; and brother, Blake McCauley.

Visitation will be held at Ardoin’s Funeral Home of Ville Platte on Thursday, February 17, 2022, from 9:30 AM until time of service.  A rosary will be prayed by Deacon Ben Soileau at 12:00 PM.
