Funeral services for Mrs. Florence Flo Fontenot, 62, will be held Thursday, November 9, 2006 at 2pm in Christ Cathedral of Praise Church. Burial will follow in the MB Fontenot Cemetery. Rev. Jeff Piker will officiate the services.

Mrs. Fontenot, a resident of Ville Platte, died Tuesday, November 7, 2006 at 9:45pm in Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital.

Survivors include her husband, Paul Richard Fontenot of Ville Platte; three sons, Darrell Fontenot and wife, Angie, Johnathon Fontenot and wife, Bridget, and Chuncey Fontenot and wife, Tiffany all of Ville Platte; three daughters, Phyllis Saucier and husband, Glenn, Elizabeth Hollier and husband, Mark, and Melissa Soileau all of Ville Platte; four sisters, Darlene Soileau of Alexandria, Pam Bertrand of Eunice, Sophia Fruge of Crooked Creek, and Delia Deadeen of Midland, Tx; fourteen grandchildren and one great grandchild.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, November 8, 2006 from 3pm until time of services on Thursday.

Mrs. Fontenot is preceded in death by her parents, Sampson and Rena Mae Fruge.
