Ville Platte Funeral services for Esther Mae Andrus, 85, will be held Wednesday, July 9, 2008 at 3pm in Our Lady Queen of All Saints Catholic Church. Burial will follow in the Te Mamou Cemetery. Fr. Romero will officiate the services.

Ms. Andrus, died Monday, July 7, 2008 at 6:10am in Baton Rouge General Hospital.

A loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and sister, she is survived by one son, William Glenn Andrus and wife, Joan of Ville Platte; two daughters, Vickie Andrus Brady of LeCompte and Kathryn Bhatti and husband, Tan of Baton Rouge; two sisters, Mable Morris of Sedgewick, Kansas and Shirley Fugere of Providence, Rhode Island; nine grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her son, Fred Lester Andrus and a son in law, Perry Wayne Brady.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, July 8, 2008 from 12pm until 10pm and again on Wednesday from 8am until time of services. A rosary will be recited at 7pm Tuesday.
