VILLE PLATTE-A Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated on Monday, June 30, 2008 at 2:00 pm at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Ville Platte for, Esabel Hebert Fontenot, 90, who passed away on June 28, 2008 at 11:45 Saturday at the Evangeline Extended Care Hospital in Mamou.

The Rev. Gene Tremie, Pastor of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Ville Platte will be the Celebrant with the Rite of Committal to follow in the Evangeline Memorial Park.

A Loving Mother, Sister, Grandmother, Great-Grandmother, Great-Great-Grandmother is survived by his son, Donald Fontenot and wife, Patsy Fontenot of Pine Prairie; a brother, Ronald Hebert and wife, Calvalene of Pine Prairie; a sister, Lois Fontenot of Oakdale; nine grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Averton Fontenot; a son, James L. Fontenot; parents, Adam and Elia Guillory Hebert.

The family request those visitation hours is observed on Sunday, June 29, 2008 at Ardoins Funeral Home in Ville Platte from 10:00 am until 10:00 pm and again on Monday, June 30, 2008 from 8:00 am until time of services. A Rosary will be recited at 6:30 pm Sunday evening.
