Ville Platte It is with great sadness that the family of Elizabeth Liz Guillory, 94 announces her passing on Sunday, September 27, 2009 at Ville Platte Medical Center. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated on Tuesday, September 29, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. at Our Lady Queen of All Saints Catholic Church. Rite of Committal will follow in the Evangeline Memorial Cemetery.

A loving mother, sister, grandmother, great grandmother, and great great grandmother, Elizabeth will be lovingly remembered by her two sons, Harris J. Guillory and wife, Jeanette of Lafayette and Clifford Guillory, Jr. and wife, Gerry of Ville Platte; one brother, Hillary Hill of Ville Platte; eight grandchildren, twenty great grandchildren, and seven great great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Clifford Guillory, Sr.; a son, Lionel J. Guillory; and her parents, Harry and Martha Hill.

The family request that visiting hours be observed Monday, September 28, 2009 from 4:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. and again on Tuesday, September 29, 2009 from 8:00 a.m until time of services. A rosary will be recited at 6:30 p.m. Monday.
