Ville Platte Funeral services for Eloise D. Guillory, 88, will be held Friday, March 28, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. in Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Burial will follow in the Old Ville Platte Cemetery. Fr. Joshua Guillory will officiate the services.

Mrs. Guillory, a resident of Tate Cove and a homemaker, died Wednesday, March 26, 2008 at 9:18 a.m. in Savoy Medical Center.

A loving mother and grandmother, she is survived by two sons, Robert L. Guillory of Ville Platte and James Randy Guillory of Scott; one daughter, Pamela Granger of Bunkie; one brother, Armogene Deshotel of Mamou; twenty five grandchildren and a host of great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Shirley Guillory; four sons, Winston Mitchell Guillory, Wilbert Guillory, Harold Paul Guillory, and John Wayne Guillory and one daughter, Janelle Marie Chaddrick.

Family request that visiting hours be observed on Thursday, March 27, 2008 from 11:00 a.m. until time of services Friday. A rosary will be recited at 6:00 p.m. Thursday.
