Ellen Hudspeth

Ellen Marie Hudspeth, age 47, a resident of Simsbury, Connecticut, died Sunday, October 17, 2010 at University of Connecticut Health Center after an extended illness.

Ellen, a native of Ville Platte, La is survived by her children, Joshua Cade Fontenot, Ville Platte, La, Patricia Ranae Fontenot, Washington, La, and Briana M. Bellard, Simsbury, Connecticut her mother Lena Mae Williams, Ville Platte, La her life partner, Doug Raine, Simsbury Connecticut her brothers, Samuel and wife Lil Hudspeth, Highland, California, Roy and wife Peggy Hudspeth, Ville Platte, La, E. Dean and wife Celeste Hudspeth, Lafayette, La her sisters, Carolyn and husband Buford Landreneau, Ville Platte, La, Emily and husband Lee Kahler, Plant City, Florida, Elaine Hudspeth, Ville Platte, La and 32 nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father James E. Hudspeth, her stepfather Robert L.Williams, her brother James E. Hudspeth, Jr., her maternal grandparents John and Emily Vidrine Ortego, of Ville Platte, La, and her paternal grandparents, Samuel and Anna Monk Hudspeth of Syracuse, New York.
