Ville Platte It is with great sadness that the family of Dianne Kay Romero, 44 announces her passing on Tuesday, January 20, 2010 at her residence following a lengthy
illness. A Memorial service will be held Saturday, January 23, 2010 at First Baptist Church in Henderson, TX. at 1:00 p.m. with Bros. Kevin West and James Stroud officiating. Rite of Committal will follow in the Fairview Cemetery in Fairmont, Minn.
Dianne truly enjoyed her career choice in life as a girls basketball, volleyball, and track coach. She also had a passion for the outdoors loving all animals along with horseback riding and as an avid gardener. But above all she was a follower of Jesus Christ.
A loving wife, mother, daughter, sister, and aunt, Dianne will be lovingly remembered by her husband, Wayne Romero of Ville Platte her daughter, Jessica Kay Norton of Beckville, TX. the love of her life her mother and step father, Ken and Gloria Derango of Aiken, S.C. two brothers and their families, Brad Pilgard of Deberry, TX, and Brian Pilgard and wife, Vicki with their children, Elizabeth, Eric, and Hannah of Woodstock, IL. one sister and her family, Suzanne Masini and her husband, Matt with their children, Nick and Reagan of Burlington, WI.
She is preceded in death by her father, John Pilgard.
