Ville Platte It is with great sadness that the family of Corey Soileau, 19 announces his passing on Monday, May 31, 2010. A Funeral Service will be held Thursday, June 3, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. at Friendship Baptist Church in Pine Prairie. Rite of Committal will follow in the Bertrand Cemetery in Prairie Rhonde.
A loving son, brother, grandson, and nephew, Corey will be lovingly remembered by his mother and step father, Sandy Tremie and husband, Tony of Ville Platte paternal grandfather, Rodney Soileau of Kaplan paternal great grandmother, Ruth Noel of Lawtell one brother, Charles Soileau, Jr. and wife, Amber of Ville Platte one sister, Ashley Soileau of Lake Charles aunt, Connie Taylor and husband, Joey of Lake Charles and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
He now rest in Heaven with his father, Charles D. Soileau maternal grandparents, Kermit and Georgia Dupre and paternal grandparents, Joseph and Bonnie LeBleu.
The family request that visiting hours be observed Wednesday, June 2, 2010 from 4:00 p.m. until time of services on Thursday. A prayer service will be held Wednesday, June 2, 2010 at 7:00 p.m.
