Ville Platte A wonderful husband, father, brother, grandfather, and great grandfather, Clarence Dardeau who will always be remembered by those who knew and loved him died on Friday, August 6, 2010 at Lafayette General Medical Center. He was 79. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday, August 7, 2010 at 12:00 p.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Rite of Committal will follow in the Sacred Heart Mausoleum.
He will be sadly missed by his loving wife, Juanita Dardeau, the former Juanita Hebert of Ville Platte five daughters, Cathy Dardeau Fontenot and husband, Burvick of Opelousas, Patsy Dardeau and fiance Wayne Barbier of Ville Platte, Cindy Dardeau Johnston and husband, Bob of Ville Platte Victoria Dardeau Cary and husband, Neil of Lafayette and Susan Dardeau Hurst and Garth of Missouri one sister, Anna Belle Dardeau of Eunice sixteen grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren.
Now he rest in Heaven with his parents, Rene and Rita Dardeau.
At the request of the family visiting hours will be observed Friday, August 6, 2010 from 5:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. and again on Saturday, August 7, 2010 from 8:00 a.m. until time of services. A rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. Friday evening.
