Funeral services for Clamie Soileau, 91, will be held Friday, September 22, 2006 at 4pm in the Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Burial will follow in the Old Ville Platte Cemetery.

Mrs. Soileau, a resident of Ville Platte, died Thursday, September 21, 2006 at 7:39 am in the Prairie Manor Nursing Home in Pine Prairie.

Survivors include one son, Louis Soileau, Jr. wife, Betty of Turkey Creek; two daughters Mrs. Larry Faye Fontenot of Bayou Chicot and Mrs. Nolan Ann Ella Joubert of Lawtell; twenty grandchildren and fifty seven great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held Thursday from 5pm-10pm and on Friday 8am until time of services. A rosary will be recited at 6pm on Thursday.

Mrs. Soileau is preceded in death by her husband, Louis Soileau, Sr. and her parents Euzeb Arodia Fontenot.
