VILLE PLATTE A graveside service will be held for Carolyn Zagar, 66, of Ville Platte, at 10:00 AM Wednesday, May 2, 2012 at Ferguson Cemetery in Bayou Chicot with Brother Roger Whittington officiating the service.
A devoted mother, stepmother and grandmother, Carolyn leaves behind her daughter, Shelia Morgan and her stepdaughter, Jessica Goodwill, both of Ville Platte. Her memory will most certainly be cherished by her seven grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren they were the light of her life.
She now joins in Heaven her beloved son, Vaughn A. Burkette and her parents, James and Evelyn Holmes. They await her arrival with open arms and joyous hearts.
