Ville Platte Funeral services for Beverly Ann Fontenot, 71, will be held Thursday, November 13, 2008 at 2pm in Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Burial will follow in the Evangeline Memorial Cemetery. Fr. Josh Guillory will officiate the services.

Ms. Fontenot, a resident of Ville Platte, died Tuesday, November 11, 2008 at her residence.

A loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, she is survived by two sons, James Dick Fontenot and wife, Beverly of Bayou Chicot and Craig Fontenot and Helen Hollier of Ville Platte; one daughter, Dessie Fontenot and husband, Dwayne of Ville Platte; five grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Leonard Fontenot.

Family request that visiting hours be observed Wednesday, November 12, 2008 from 12pm until 10pm and on Thursday from 8am until time of services. A rosary will be recited at 6pm Wednesday.
